We had to come up 3 clients who were going to live within the house that we were designing. I came up with 3 work associates of a multimillion pound business. The company was started 20 years ago and are based in the fareast. The company is involved in creating large comercial buildings and large residential developments. They require a new home for the CEO where meetings can also take place. They require somewhere very modern with natural light, a lot of space, a meting room, large windows aswell. They are all keen sailors which is how they met.
